Preface

The tradition of the school is going on from very ancient times, not today. According to the changing times, there have been changes in its form as well. There was a time when there was a tradition of Gurukul. Where the children used to stay away from their family and get education of Dharma and Shastra while serving Guruji. They were allowed to go home only after completing their education. Present-day schools are very different from the Gurukuls of ancient times, but even today schools are given the status of temples and teachers as Gods.

School Site

My school is very beautiful which is surrounded by greenery. There are big trees around it. Which makes the climate here cold. I like my school very much. My school is located at a distance of about 3 kms from my home. A yellow school bus comes to pick me up in front of my house every morning at 7 am. My school is in a secluded place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is considered important to have a peaceful place for studies, so since ancient times such a place was chosen for schools, where there is no noise of any kind. My school is spread over a very large area.

School Building

My school is situated in a very large area. Its building is made of grand and modern technology which is earthquake resistant. The school also has fifteen large rooms and a large hall for meeting. All the rooms have big windows, which makes the room airy. There are also four fans in each room. Apart from this, there are separate rooms for the office, teacher's room, sick room, and library for the headmaster. There is a big field in front of it. On one side of the ground, there is a provision to keep cycles for the children coming by cycle. There is also a canteen, where children have breakfast. The school provides cheap breakfast to the children.

School Premises / Area

There is a huge ground right in front of my school. In which all of us students enjoy sports. In this ground we start our day with prayer. The school ground is grassy and there are big shady trees all around. Pots have been kept in the school premises, in which colorful flower plants are planted, which add to the beauty of the school.

School Amenities

(i) Mother Saraswati is the goddess of learning, whose statue is near the entrance of my school. Where we go daily to pray and start our studies by taking the blessings of Maa Saraswati.

(ii) In my school, subjects from nursery to class 10 are taught in both Hindi and English medium.

(iii) There is a proper arrangement of clean water in the school, a water cooler is installed for drinking cold water in summer and there are two big water tanks for general use.

(iv) There are 5 separate toilets for girl students.

(v) There is a big library in the school, in which we go everyday to read newspapers, magazines and story books.

(vi) There is a big computer room in our school, which has 20 computers.

(vii) There is a teacher room in my school for the teachers to discuss.

(viii) In my school, tables/tables and benches have been provided in each class for the students to sit and four fans are provided in each class for summer air.

(ix) A small dustbin is placed outside each classroom of the school, in which the students put their class waste or garbage. This does not spread dirt in the school.

(x) A big black board is made in each class for the teacher-teachers to explain the subjects.

(xi) The school also has a large auditorium for organizing festivals and colorful programs on special occasions,

(xii) Our school provides school uniforms and books for poor students.

(xiii) Scholarship is also given by the school to the deserving students.

(xiv) There is also a sick room in my school where sick children go to take rest.

(xv) Essential things related to first aid have also been kept in my school like cotton, bandage, antiseptic cream, Dettol etc.

Discipline in My School

Hard work is the key to success, discipline is the stepping stone to success. The first lesson of discipline we get to teach from the family. Then its importance is taught in school. Our school is strict in terms of discipline. If a student tries to break the discipline of the school, he is punished severely. It is the responsibility of every student to follow the discipline of the school. Dress, nails, teeth are inspected three days a week. Reports related to the monthly progress of the children are sent to the parents every month. It is mandatory for all the parents to come to school on the day of the examination result.

School Teachers

Children are the future of this country, so teachers are the builders of that future. So there are 20 teachers in our school. They are experts in their respective subjects. He lovingly explains his subject in simple and easy language. Apart from this, there are dance teachers in our school who teach dance to the children. His art of teaching dance is amazing. Apart from this, there is also a music teacher, who teaches music to children in his melodious voice. Yoga teachers are taught to do yoga and the importance of yoga is explained. We are also told how to keep our health good. Due to yoga, our body and mind remain agile and energetic, due to which our mind remains engaged in studies.

The Headmaster

The headmaster of our school is a practical and hardworking person. He has all the responsibility for the orderly running of the school. He believes that a headmaster should stay in touch with his children so that the good and bad activities going on in the school will be kept informed. In this the shortcomings of the school can be rectified. The headmaster of our school is virtuous and character, so all the children respect him and he is also popular among the parents.

School Competitions

Competition motivates children to move forward. Therefore, competitions are organized from time to time in our school. For example, competitions for painting, debate, poetry etc. keep happening. In which all the students enthusiastically participate. Due to the large ground of our school, district level sports competitions are held in our school itself. The students of our school also participate in this. My school has won many medals and cups.

School Functions

The purpose of any ceremony is to do something new apart from the daily tasks, so that the heart and the mind feel happy and peaceful. Hence, celebrations are organized in our school from time to time. Like 15th August, 26th January and annual festivals. It is necessary for the all round development of the students. On this day, children enjoy a different joy and happiness away from their studies. The celebrations inculcate a sense of unity, co-operation and brotherhood among the children. On 15th August and 26th January, the Principal hoists the tricolor flag in our school, then the national anthem of our country is sung and after this various cultural programs on patriotic songs take place. Many cultural programs are also held on the day of the school's anniversary. Along with this, prizes are given to the students who came first, second and third in different activities in the school.

School Result

Due to the efforts of the teachers and the hard work of the children, the result of the board examination is very good. Every year a large number of children pass out with first and second division. The number of unsuccessful children is very less. Due to its good results, my school is a well-known and reputed institution in its area.

Epilogue

Children are said to be the future of the nation. Therefore, the future of the country rests on the all round development of the children. School is a suitable place for the all round development of the children. Where the child becomes a cultured and civilized citizen by reading and writing and contributes to the progress of the country. Therefore, it should be our endeavor that no child should be away from education so that the progress of the country continues.
